BE IT ORDAINED BY 'ME, CITY COUNCIL OF TliE; C117Y OF JEFFERSON ,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance Number 6246 of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri , prohibiting the operator of a motor
vehicle from pennitting the same to be parked on the north
side of Atchison Street between the east curb of Chestnut Street
and a point on the north side of Atchison Street that is
eighty (80) feet east of the east curb of Chestnut Street be,
and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the north
half of Atchison Street between its intersections with Chestnut
and Locust Streets.
Section 3. Anyone violating the terms of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be

in force from and after its passage and approval .
