AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REQUIRING
THAT ALL MONIES PAID TO THE CITY FOR ANY PURPOSE, SHALL
ULTIMATELY BE COLLECTED BY THE CITY COLLECTOR WHO SHALL
DEPOSIT ALL MONIES COLLECTED BY HIS OFFICE IN THE CITY
DEPOSITORY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. All monies paid to the City for any purpose
shall be turned over to the City Collector who shall issue
a receipt therefor and then deposit all monies collected by
his office in the city depository.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
