l AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 7258 OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELATING TO THE SALARIES OF
MUNICIPAL PARKING GARAGE ATTENDANTS AND ENACTING A NEW ORDINANCE
TO BE KNOWN AS SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 7258, RELATING
TO THE SAME SUBJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Sectioh 1. Section 7 of Ordinance Number 7258 of the
city, relating to the salaries of Municipal Parking Garage
Attendants, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. There is hereby enacted a new ordinance to
be known as Section 7 of Ordinance Number 7258, relating to
the salaries of the municipal parking garage attendants, which
shall read in words and figures as follows:
"ORDINANCE NO. 7259
Section 7. (A) Municipal Parking Garage Employees. The
compensation to be paid to the following-named appointive .
officials and employees of the city for the performance of all
dutes prescribed by law shall be as follows:

(B) The part time municipal parking garage
relief attendants shall be paid $1. 25 per hour for each hour
worke d."
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the passage and approval, and payment of
compensation pursuant thereto is hereby authorized as of the
