AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY TO ACCEPT A DEED OF EASEMENT,
DATED DECEMBER 5 , 19629 BY CERTAIN GRANTORS NAMED THEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. - The Mayor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
is hereby authorized and directed, for and in behalf of the
City, to accept a Deed of Easement, dated December 5, 1962,
executed by Harold C. Asher and Dorothy Asher, his wife,
August P. Stephan and Sarah Stephan, his wife, Joe N. Moseley
and Billie R. Moseley, his wife, and Geraldine 0. Finks and
R. ','T. Finks, her husband.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to have
said deed of easement recorded of record in the Office of the
County Recorder of Deeds, Cole County, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
