ORDINANCE NO. 7353
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
THE PLAT OF HOLIDAY HILLS ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,

SECTION 1. Eugene G. Schneider and Helen E. Schneider, owners of the
eat estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri
having submitted to the Council for approval a plat of said real estate, being
located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as:
A part of Outlot Nos. 85, 88, and 91, of the City of Jefferson, Cole
County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Outlot No. 88; thence S350001W.
along the easterly linee of said Outlot No. 88, 266.01 ; thence N80000+W,
155.0 feet; thence S64 191W, 285.5 feet; thence S850441 W. 155.Ojeet
TQrr, or., less. to the wPstrrly line_,of Qittlot No. 91; thence N350 0�!E,
along the westerly line of Outlot No. 91 '456.78 feet; thence S540581E,

on a curve to the left, having a radius of 405 feet; 150.82 feet r thence.

Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and properly signed
and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision, have been paid, and that in all
respects the requirements of Chapter 445 Revised Statues of Missouri, 1949, and
amendments thereto, entitled "Plats" ahve been fully complied with by the afore-
said owners of the said Subdivision, and that in all. respects and requirements
of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and of
the ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and sub-
divisions have been complied with, now therefore:
the plat of land of Eugene G. Schneider and Helen E. Schneider, known and ref err
to as Holiday Hills Estates, lying, being and situate within the corporate limit
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City
Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of said city and the
City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after the passage and approval of
this ordinance are given the authority and are hereby dire.;cted to endorse accept -
ance of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of same under the seal
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
