AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
TO ACCEPT, FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE CITY, A DEED OF RIGHT
OF WAY FOR A PUBLIC STREET, EXECUTED BY JOE N. MOSELEY
AND BILLIE ROUTI-i MOSELEY, HIS WIFE.
BE. IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, is, and he is hereby, authorized to accept a deed
of right of way for public street purposes.
Section 2. Said deed shall read in words and figures

Section 3. The City Clerk, upon delivery to the city
of the original of said deed, properly signed and acknowledged,
shall cause same to be recorded in the office of the
Recorder of Deeds, Cole County, Missouri, without undue
delay.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage and approval.
