AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY M ACCEPT IN BEHALF OF
THE CITY INSTRUMENTS ENTITLED "SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS"
EXECUTED BY HILDEGARDE L. SCHULTE RICHARD P. CARROLL AND
CUMALENE W. CARROLL ROBERT W. PA-hT Y AND WANDA L. PAWLEY
AND EDWIN E. GOLD ANR ALMA GOLDAMMER, TOMMY E. GOLDAMMg
AND ROSE MARY GOLDANCh, AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO
RECORD THE FOUR INSTRUMENTS IN THE COLE COUNTY RECORDER'S OFFICE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOIJJM:
Section 1. The Mayor of the city is hereby authorized
and directed, in behalf of the city, to accept four in-
struments entitled 'Sanitary Sewer Easements" executed by:
A) Hildegarde 0. Schulte, a single person, on
March 29, 1963.
B) Richard P. Carroll and Cumalene W. Carroll,
his wife, on April 22, 1963.
C) Robert W. Pawley and Wanda L. Pawley, his
wife, on March 29, 1963.
D) Edwin E-. Goldammer and Alma Goldammer, his wife,
and Tommy E. Goldammer and Rose Mary Goldammer,
his wife, on March 29, 1963.
Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to record these
our instruments entitled "Sanitary Sewer Easement" . in
e office of Recorder of Deeds of Cole County, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and,after its passage and approval.
