LN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ESTABLISHING
EWER DISTRICT NO. 105 WITHIN SAID CITY, AND DEFINING THE
OUNDARIES THEREOF.

i E IT.ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
SSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
6ection 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, hereby
eclares and ordains that it deems it necessary for sanitary purposes and for th
ealth and comfort of its inhabitants of the City to establish a Sewer District to
e known as Sewer District No. 105, and said district sewer to be established
