Section 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.

passage and approval.

ORDINANCE NO. 7377
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, PROVIDING FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER DISTRICT NO. 105 WITHIN
SAID CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: i
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, hereby i
declares that it deems it necessary for the health and comfort of the
inhabitants of the City of Jefferson, and for sanitary purposes, that there
must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer District No. 105, as establiE ed
by Ordinance, a sanitary sewer and it is ordered that the same be made and
.constructed without unnecessary delay and that said district sewer.be*
connected with and into the present sewer at a manhole at Station 45+52 on the
Southwest Main Sewer.
Section 2. That the said district sewer shall begin at the manhole at Station
45+52 on the Southwest Main Sewer; thence south 45038' west, 206. 35 feet;
thence south 29036' west, 268. 40 feet; thence south 38029' west, 400 feet;
thence south 13027' west, 272. 25 feet; thence south 52016' west, 267. 25 feet;
thence south 30007' west, 84. 17 feet; thence south 7024' east, 355. 80 feet;
thence north 86012' east,. 49. 30 feet. `
Section 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects'as provided by
Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glazed sewer pipg, shall be
constructed according to the plans and specifications of the City Engineer.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and approval.
