AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING TIIE RL4YOR TO ACCEPT IN BEHALF OF THE CITY A
SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE AND SANI`T'ARY SEWER EASEMENT IN
CERTAIN LANDS, EXECUTED BY DELLA LOETHEN, A SINGLE PERSON,
ON MAY 231 19631 IN FAVOR OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS GRANTEE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
® Section 1. The Mayor of the city is authorized and
directed to accept in behalf of the city a surface water
drainage and sanitary sewer easement in certain lands
heretofore executed by Della Loethen, a single person, as
grantor, in favor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as
grantee, on May 23, 1963.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to
cause said instrument to be recorded in the office of the
Recorder of Deeds, Cole County, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage and approval.
