AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT IN BEHALF OF THE CI`.i'Y A
SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT IN CERTAIN LAND, EXECUTED BY CLARENCE
HEIDT, A SINGLE PERSON, ON APRIL 26, 1963, IN FAVOR OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, RISSOURI, AS GR11NTEE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor of the city is authorized and
directed to accept in behalf of the city a sanitary sewer
easement in certain land heretofore executed by Clarence
Heidt, -a single person, as grantor, in favor of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as grantee, on May 23, 1963 .
Section 2. The action of the City Clerk in causing
the above-described instrument to be recorded in the office
of Recorder of Deeds, Cole County, Missouri, is hereby
approved and ratified.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval .
