ORDINANCE NO. J. y,�
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF VICTOR JOHN BOSS
AND BERNADINE C. BOSS, OF AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, KNOWN AS BOSS SUBDIVISION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Victor John Boss and Bernadine C. Boss, owners
of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the City Council for
its approval a plat of said real estate, being a tract of land
that is part of Lot 26 of the Swift and Thompson Subdivision of j
the northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 44, Range 12, per
plat of record in Plat Book 1, Page 9, Cole County Recorder' s
Office, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said
Lot No. 26 of Swift. and Thompson Subdivision; thence
S 85 034' W, along the South line of said Lot 26, 337.59
feet; thence N 4 039' W. along the West line of said Lot
269 502,35; thence N 85 028' E, parallel with the North
line of said Lot 26, 339.47 feet; thence S 4 017' E. along
the East line of said Lot 26, 502.95 feet to the point
of beginning.
Bearings are magnetic,
as shown on the attached plat, known and referred to as Boss
Subdivision, and made a part of this Ordinance, all of which
Boss Subdivision lies within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri.
And, it appearing that said plat has been duly and properly
signed and accepted by the said owners of the said addition
known and referred to as Boss Subdivision, that all taxes have
been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter f
445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments thereto,
entitled plats have been fully complied with by the aforesaid
owners of the said addition.
NOW THEREFORE:
The plat of land of Victor John Boss and Bernadine C. Boss,
known and referred to as Boss Subdivision, lying and being within
the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as
shown by the said plat hereto attached and made a part of this
Ordinance is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of

e City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of said City, and
i
the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, after the passage and f
approval of this Ordinance is hereby directed to endorse
acceptance and approval of said plat thereon, and to certify to
the approval of the same under the seal of said City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
