AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING
THE PAYMENT OF FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLUE ($550.00) BY THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, TO MAGGIE M. FARMER HOSKINS,
ROSS HOSKINS, WIFE AND HUSBAND, AND THE MUTUAL SAVINGS AND
LOAN ASSOCIATION, A CORPORATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor,and the City Clerk of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, are hereby authorized and directed,
for and in the name of the city, to execute a warrant in
the amount of Five Hundred Fifty Dollars ($550.00) in favor
of Maggie M. Farmer Hoskins and Ross Hoskins, wife and
husband, and the Mutual Savings and Loan Association, a
corporation, of Cole County, Missouri.
Section 2. Said warrant shall be delivered to Maggie
M. Farmer Hoskins upon receipt by the City Clerk of an
instrument executed by Maggie M. Farmer Hoskins, Ross
Hoskins and Mutual Savings and Loan Association releasing
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, from any and all obligations
the said City has heretofore incurred under the terms of a
construction easement dated July 10, 1962, and executed by
Maggie M. Farmer Hoskins and Ross Hoskins, her husband, as
grantors, to the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as grantee, as
said construction easement appears of record in Book 178
at Page 660, Cole County Recorder's Office, and said
instrument shall read in words and Figures as follows:
