ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ESTABLISHING THE
"PARKING GARAGE" FUND IN THE TREASURY OF THE CITY, DEFINING THE
SOURCE OF THE REVENUE OF THE FUND AND THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH
EXPENDITURES THEREFROM MAY BE MADE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. "Parking Garage"Fund. There is hereby created
and established in the treasury of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, a fund to be known as the "Parking Garage" Fund.
Section 2. Source of Revenue. The Parking Garage Fund
shall consist of all monies collected by the city from lessees
and all other users of the municipal off-street parking garage.
Section 3. Expenditures of Monies. Monies in the Parking
Garage Fund shall be used to defray all of the cost of operating
and maintaining the municipal off-street parking garage.
All monies in the Parking Garage Fund which
remain on hand after payment of the cost of operating and
maintaining the municipal off street parking garage shall be
used only for such purpose as the city council and the mayor
authorize by resolution.
Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force on
