AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY TO EXECUTE,
FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE CITY, A CONTRACT WITH RIPPETO LATHING
AND PLASTERING COAPANY, OF JEFFERSON CITY, MISSOURI, RELATING TO
THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW SUSPENDED ACOUSTICAL CEILING IN THE
SECOND FLOUR HALLWAY OF THE CITY HALL BUILDING, FOR THE SUR OF
TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY FIVE ($265.00) DOLLARS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, are hereby authorized and directed to execute,
for and in the name of the city a contract with the Rippeto
Lathing and Plastering Company, of Jefferson City, Missouri,
relating to the installation of a new suspended acoustical ceili
in the second floor hallway of the City Hall Building.
Section 3. The contract shall read in words and figures
as follows:

Section 3. The Mayor and the City Clerk, upon certifi-
cation by the Building Commissioner of the complete performance
of the contract by the Rippeto Lathing and Plastering Company,
are authorized to sign and issue to the Rippeto Lathing and
Plastering Company, a warrant in the amount of $265.00, as
adjusted by any change provided in the general conditions, for
the work performed under the contract .
Section 4. The ordinance shall take effect and be in
force as of August 19, 1963, from and after its passage and
approval.
