DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY TO EXECUTE,
FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE CITY, A CONTRACT WITH THE G.L. ALBERTS
CONSTRUCTION CUAPANY, OF JEFFERSON CITY, MISSOURI, RELATING TO
THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DUR►1ITORY ADDITION TO THE WEST END FIRE
STATION FOR THE SUM OF THR.&Es THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND FIFTY
THREE (63,9853.00) DOLLARS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, are hereby authorized and directed to execut ,
for and in the name of the city a contract with the G.L. Alberts
Construction Company, of Jefferson City, Missouri, relating to
the construction of a dormitory addition to the West End Fire
Station.
Section 2. The contract shall read in words and figures

Section 3. The Mayor and the City Clerk, upon certifi-
cation by the Building Commissioner of the complete performance
of the contract by the G.L. Alberts Construction Company, are
authorized to sign and issue to the G.L. Alberts Construction
Company, a warrant in the amount of $3,853.00 as adjusted by
any change provided in the general conditions for the work
performed under the contract.
Section 4. The ordinance shall take effect and be in
force as of August 19, 1963, from and after its passage and
approval.
