ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING
PARAGRAPH FIVE (5) OF SECTION EIGHT (8) OF ORDINANCE NUMBER
7365 THAT ALLOWS THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND RESTAURANT INSPECTOR
THE SUM OF FIFTY ($50 .00) DOLLARS PER MONTH FOR AN EXPENSE
ACCOUNT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Paragraph five (5) of Section eight (8) of
Ordinance Number 7365 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
providing a monthly expense account in the amount of Fifty
($50.00) Dollars for the Public Health and Restaurant Inspector
be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
Section 2. Upon its passage and approval . this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force as of the 141 day of
