AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI AMENDING
SUBSECTICN 1 OF SECTION 1.460 OF ORDIWCE NUi&R 7344 BY
REPEALING SUBPARAGRAPH (40) THEREOF, ESTABLISHING A LOADING
ZCNE AT THE MISSOURI PACIFIC DEPOT, AND ENACTING A NEW
SUBPARAGRAPH (40) OF SUBSECTION 1 OF SECTION 1.460 OF
ORDINANCE NUMBER 7344 RELATING TO SAME SUBJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
i MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Reveal Clause. Subparagraph (44 of Subsection
1 of Section 1.460 of Ordinance Number 7344 of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, is, and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. Amendato Clause Subsection 1 of
Section 1.460 of Or nance Number 44 is hereby amended
by the enactment of a new subparagraph to be known as sub-
paragraph (40), which shall read in words and figures as
follows:
'Section 1.460. Loading Zones. 1. The operator of a
vehicle shall not par a same for a period of time in
excess of that, or for the purpose other than, authorized
hereinafter within the described limits on the de-
signated portion of the following namepl roadways:
(40) Missouri Pacific Depot. On the north half
of State Street between
the west curb of Monroe Street and a point 22 feet
east of the east curb of Monroe Street, provided
that the operator of any vehicle, other than a
taxicab, discharging or picking up any passengers,
baggage, or express at the Missouri Public Railroad
Depot may park a vehicle within said area for a
period of time not to exceed thirty (30) minutes."'
Section 3. Effective Date: This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from an after its passage and approval.
