ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON MISSOURI, REGULATING
THE OPERATION OF MINOR VEHICLES ON TH� ROADWAYS OF THE CITY,
AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Right of Ways,... The operator of a vehicle
moving in an easterly direction` on Livingston Street
when approaching and immediately before entering the
intersection formed by Livingston Street and Binder Drive
shall yeild the right of way to a vehicle being operated
on Binder Drive or in a oouthwesterlq direction on
Livingston Street which is either entering, or approaching so
closely to, said intersection as to constitute an immediate
hazard.
Section 2. Penalty. Any person violating any of the
provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined riot
more than $100.00 or be imprisoned in jail for not more than
90 days, or be tunished both by such fine and imprisonment.
Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force rom an after its passage and approval.
