AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AMENDING
SUBPARAGRAPH (265) OF SUBSECTION 1 OF SECTION 1.530 OF
ORDINANCE NUMBER 7344, PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF MOTOR
VEHICLES ON THE SOUTH HALF OF HIGH STREET WEST OF WASHINGTON
STREET IN THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MMOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subparagraph (265) of Subsection 1 of
Section 1.530 of Ordinance Number 7344, prohibiting the
parking of motor vehicles on the south half of High Street
in an area west of Washington Street is hereby amended by
deleting the figure 1100" in line two thereof and inserting
in lieu thereof the figure "55', so as amended, said
subparagraph will read in words and figures as follows:
"Section 1.530. Parkina vehicles prohibited. 1. The
operator of a vehicle shall not park the same at
any place within the described limits on the
following named roadways, or the part thereof
hereinafter specifically designated:
(265) On the south half of High Street between
two points located 55 feet and 220 feet
west of the west curb of Washington Street."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its paaage and approval.
