AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
SECTION 1.320 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 7344 OF THE CITY, KNOWN
AS THE TRAFFIC CODE, BY REPEALING SUBSECTION 11 OF SECTION
1.3201 DEFINING THE SCHOOL ZONE FOR THE JEFFERSON CITY SENIOR
HIGH SCHOOL, AND ENACTING A NEW SUBSECTION 11 OF SECTION 1.320,
RELATING TO THE SAME SUBJECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. Subsection 11 of Section 1.320 of Ordinance
Number 7344 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri be, and. the
same is hereby, repealed.
Section 2. There is hereby enacted legiglation to be
known as Subsection 11 of Section 1.320 of Ordinance Number
7344 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, which shall read in
words and figures as follows :
"Section 1.320 . School zones; location. The
following-named roadways, within the limits specified,
are hereby established as, and declared to be, school
zones:
11. New Senior High School :
Franklin Street between Jackson Street
and Lafayette Street.
Lafayette Street between Dunklin Street and
Union Street.
Union Street between Jackson Street and
Lafayette Street."
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
