AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING
SUBSECTION 40 OF SECTION 1.450 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 7344,
THE TRAFFIC & VEHICLE CODE OF THE CITY, RESERVING PARKING
SPACE FOR THE MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL ON BROADWAY
STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subsection (40) of Section 1.450 of
Ordinance Number 7344 of the City (known as the Traffic
® and Vehicle Code of the City) , which established a reserved
parking area for vehicles of the Missouri State Highway
Patrol on the east half of Broadway in an area north of and
within 140 feet of the north curb of High Street, be, and
the same is hereby, repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage and approval.
