AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE
MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY COMMISSION RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION,
USE AND PAYMENT FOR SANITAhY SEWER AND SURFACE WATER DRAINAGE
FACILITIES ON THE RIGHT OF WAY OF U. S. HIGHWAYS 50 AND 54
IN THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the city .
i� are hereby authorized, for and in the name of the city, to
execute an agreement with the Missouri State Highway Commission
relating to the construction, use and payment for sanitary
sewer and surface water drainage facilities on the right of
way of U. S. Highways 50 and 54 within the city.
Section 2. The agreement referred to in Section 1
shall read in words and figures as follows:
