AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING
SUBPARAGRAPH (20) OF PARAGRAPH (A) OF SUBSECTION 2 OF
SECTION 1.430 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 73144, WHICH PROVISION
REQUIRED THE ANGLE PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON LAFAYETTE
STREET BETWEEN STATE STREET AND CAPITOL AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . Subparagraph (20) of Paragraph (A)
of Subsection 2 of Section 1 .430 of Ordinance Number
7344, which required the angle parking of motor vehicles
on Lafayette Street between State Street and Capitol
Avenue be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage and approval .
