AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ESTABLISHING
BUS ZONES AND PROVIDING FOR THEIR IDENTLFLCATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Bus Zones . The following-described areas
in the city are hereby established as "bus zones" for use
by the Jefferson City Lines, Inc. , in the operation of its
public transportation service:
A) The east side of Lafayette Street between
two points located 441 feet and 481 feet
north of the north curb of Union Street
B) The west side of Lafayette Street between
two points located 341 feet and 381 feet
north of the north curb of Union Street.
Section 2. The Street Commissioner shall identify the
areas described above as "Bus Zones" by sign or painted
curb.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval .
