This letter provides the estimated costs for the production of public records you have requested in
your email dated March 28, 2014 which we acknowledged on March 31, 2014 and for which a
partial response was sent on April 8, 2014. This correspondence is shown below.
To produce the documents that you have requested, the Town of Gulf Stream estimates the need
for 7.5 hours of administrative support at $39.23 per hour, the labor cost of the personnel providing
the service, per Fla. Stat. § 119.07(4)(d). In addition, the actual cost of duplication is estimated to
be $49.00 for a total estimate of $327.23. See attached estimate worksheet for details.
If you want the Town to proceed with this production, please send a deposit of $327.23 for these
costs and special service charges. Be advised that this is only an estimate and the actual cost of
production may be higher.
