C. STATEMENT OF MEETING NOTICE: The 2021 Annual Notice was mailed to The
Home News Tribune, The Star Ledger, posted on the bulletin board and on the doors of
the Memorial Municipal Building on January 6, 2021. Notice was published in The
Home News Tribune and The Star Ledger on January 11, 2021. All items being voted on
tonight were posted on the Borough's website ww-mcarteret not prior to tonight's
meeting.
