AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE CLERK OF THE CITY TO
EXECUTE A WARRANTY DEED IN FAVOR OF HOUSING AUTHORITY OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and the City Clerk of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, are hereby authorized and
directed, in behalf and in the name of the city, to
execute a Warranty Deed in favor of Housing Authority of
the City of Jefferson, conveying fee simple title to the
following-described land in the City of Jefferson, County
of Cole, Missouri:
Part of Lots 511 52, 53 and 54 and Lots
78 through 81 of Little and Keyes
Subdivision of Outlots 15 and 16 more
particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 81
of said subdivision, thence northerly along
the westerly line of Lots 81, 80, 79 and 78
of said subdivision a distance of 120 feet;
thence easterly parallel to the southerly
line of Lot 78 of said subdivision a distance
of 130 feet; thence S. 410 55' E. a distance
of 90 feet; thence southerly parallel to the
easterly lines of Lots 53 and 54 of said
subdivision a distance of 52 . 92 feet to
the southerly line of Lot 54 of said subdivision;
thence westerly along the southerly line of
Lots 54 and 81 of said subdivision a distance
of 190 feet to the place of beginning.
Section 2 . This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage and approval .
