ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 108, WITHIN THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of its
inhabitants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be
known as Sewer District No. 108, with location and boundaries
as follows:
Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Lot 1,
Block 2, West Hills Subdivision, said point being the
Intersection of the westerly line of Meier Street and
the northerly line of West Hills Subdivision, as of
record in Plat Book 5, Page 53, Cole County Recorder' s
Office; thence southerly along the easterly line of Lot
1, Block 2, 60.81 feet; thence westerly perpendicular
to the westerly line of Meier Street, to the easterly
line of Lot 4, Block 2; thence southerly along the east-
erly line of Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 2, 188. 6 feet, more
or less, to the centerline of a 50-foot easement to the
Missouri Power & Light Company; thence westerly along
the centerline of said easement, 29. 54 feet; thence
southerly parallel with the westerly line of Meier
Street, 145. 56 feet, more or less, to the northerly
line of Livingston Street; thence westerly along the
northerly line of Livingston Street, to the south-
easterly corner of Lot 4, Block 3, on the west side of
Castle Street; thence southerly along the westerly
line of Castle Street, to the southeasterly corner of
Lot 5, Block 6, West Hills Subdivision; thence westerly
along the southerly line of Lots 5 and 6, Block 6, 140
feet, 'to the southwesterly corner of Lot 6, Block 6,
West Hills Subdivision; thence northerly along the
westerly line of said Lot 6 and the extension thereof,
to the southwesterly corner of Lot 2, Block 4, West-
Hills Subdivision on the northerly line of Cambridge
Street; thence westerly along the northerly line of
Cambridge Street, 105 feet, to the easterly line of a
35-foot easement to the City of Jefferson; thence
northwesterly along the northeasterly line of said
35-foot easement, 445 feet, more or less, to the north-
erly line of the 50-foot easement to the Missouri Power

& Light Company; thence easterly along and with the
northerly line of said Missouri Power & Light Company
easement, to the westerly line of Lot 3, Block 3; thence
northwesterly along the westerly line of Lots 3, 2 and 1,
Block 3, to the northwesterly corner of Lot 1, Block 3,
on the northerly line of West Hills Subdivision; thence
easterly alon the northerly line of said West Hills
Subdivision, 20. 15 feet, to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances, or parts of Ordinances, in
conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
