ORDINANCE NO. 7S$1 y
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT NO. 108, WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the
health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City and for
sanitary and other purposes that there must be constructed, as
soon as possible, in Sewer District No. 108, as established by
Ordinance, a sanitary sewer and it is ordered that the same be
constructed without unnecessary delay and connected into the
present Gray' s Creek Sewer at Station 29+50 and Station 35+32•
SECTION 2. That said sewer shall
Begin at Station 29+50 on the Gray' s Creek Sewer;
thence turning an angle of 95°11' to the left, 386.65
feet; thence turning an angle of 81 118' to the left,
160.45 feet.
Also, beginning at Station 3+86. 65 on the "A" Line;
thence turning an angle of 84 054' to the left, 170 feet.
Also, beginning at Station 35+32, Gray' s Creek
Sewer; thence turning an angle of 95°17' to the left,
160. 15 feet; thence turning an angle to the right,
95 017' to the right, 271. 55 feet.
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects
as provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard
glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans
and specifications of the Director of Public Works. All crafts
and classes of labor used in the construction of this sewer
shall be paid the prevailing hourly rate as determined by the
Department of Labor and Industrial Relations for the State of
Missouri.

SECTION 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
