AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AMENDING
SECTION 1 (C) OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 7483 REGULATING .PARKING
OF VEHICLES ON ST. MARY'S BOULEVARD BY REMOVING THE PERIOD
AFTER DELAWARE�STTREET AND THEN ADDING THE PHRASE "BETWEEN
THE HOURS OF- A.M. AND 4:00 P.M. ON ANY DAY WHEN SCHOOL
IS IN SESSION AT SOUTHWEST PUBLIC GRADE SCHOOL".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Section 1 (C) of Ordinance Number 74831
® regulating the parking of motor vehicles on St. Mary's
Boulevard is hereby amended by removing the period after
Delaware Street and adding the phrase "between the hours of
g:oo
A.M. and 4:00 P.M. on any day when school is in session
at Southwest Public Grade School" . , so, as amended Section
1 (C) of Ordinance Number 7483 shall read as follows :
" Section 1 . Parkinq vehicles prohibited, The
Operator of a ve is e shall not park the same at any
place within the described .limits on the following-named road-
ways, or the part thereof hereinafter specifically designated:
(C) On the south half of St . Mary's Boulevard
west, and within 84 feet, of the west curb
elaware Street, between the hours of
A.M. and 4:00 P.M. on any day when
school is in session at Southwest Public
Grade School . "
Section 2. Effective date. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage and
approval .
