AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR
THE FERRY TERMINAL DESIGN
WHEREAS, the Borough needs to solicit bids for the design of the planned passenger
Ferry Terminal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that the Borough's Purchasing
Agent, 'along with participation of the other appropriate Borough Officials and
consultants, are hereby authorized and directed to advertise and solicit bid proposals for
the design of the planned passenger Ferry Terminal in accordance with all applicable
legal and grant requirements.
Adopted this 12'h day of August, 2021
and certified as a true copy of the
original on August 13, 2021.
