RIGHTS TO THE VACATED STREET RIGHTS-OF-WAY. 1 WHEREAS, it has been shown to the City Countil of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, that the owners of all land abutting on ' ;, the street rights-of-way hereafter described in Section 1 of this ordinance have petitioned the Council to discontinue and vacate ' as rights-of-way the street rights-of-way so described, and WHEREAS, it has been shown to the City Council that the street ' rights-of-way petitioned for vacation lie within the area of the ; Campus View Urban Renewal Area of the City, and now are of no benefit to that area and would not inconvenience the public if j; they were vacated as street rights-of-way, now therefore: p i BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: i r i Section 1.
