AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE
OF USED COMMUTER TERRY BOAT
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is interested in soliciting bid proposals for the
purchase of used commuter ferry boat(s); and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized to
prepare bid specifications and contract documents and to advertise for
receipt of bids based upon the same for the purchase of used commuter
ferry boat(s).
2. That said Borough Officials are hereby authorized to utilize services of
any necessary professionals.
3. That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to the Borough's QPA,
Purchasing Department and the Borough Engineer.
Adopted this 12" day of August, 2021
and certified as a true copy of the
original on August 13, 2021.
