AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AMENDING SECTION
1 .440 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 7344 BY REPEALING AND REENACTING
SUBPARAGRAPHS (c) AND (d) OF PARAGRAPH (A) OF SUBSECTION 1
THEREOF, ESTABLISHING PARKING METER ZONES ON CAPITOL AVENUE AND
BY ENACTING SUBPARAGRAPHS (k) AND (1 ) OF PARAGRAPH (B) OF
SUBSECTION 1 OF SECTION 1 .440 OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 7344 TO
ESTABLISH TWO ADDITIONAL PARING METER ZONES ON CAPITOL AVENUE
BETWEEN MONROE AND ADAMS STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Subparagraphs (c) and (d) of Paragraph (A)
of Subsection 1 of Section 1 .440 of Ordinance Number 7344 be,
and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 2. There are hereby enacted two new provisions
of Paragraph (A) of Subsection 1 of Section 1.440 of Ordinance
Number 73441 relating to one hour parking meter zones, reading
in words and figures as follows :
(c) The north side of Capitol Avenue between
a point located 220 feet west of the west
curb of Jefferson Street and Monroe Street.
(d) The south side of Capitol Avenue between
a point located 220 feet west of the west
curb of Jefferson Street and Monroe Street.
Section 3. There are hereby enacted two new provisions of
Paragraph (B) of Section 1 of Section 1 .440 of Ordinance
Number 7344, relating to two hour parking meter zones, reading in
words and figures as follows :
(k) The north side of Capitol Avenue between
Monroe Street and Adams Street
(1) The south side of Capitol Avenue between
Monroe Street and Adams Street.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and apprpyal.
