ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUIT-CLAIM DEED IN FAVOR OF LOUIS F.
GARBER AND ELIZABETH G. GARBER AS GRANTEES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI ., AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Ckerk of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, are hereby authorized to execute a Quit-Claim Deed in
Favor of Louis F. Garber and Elizabeth G. Garber, husband and
wife, as grantees.
Section 2. Said Quit-Cliam Deed shall read in words and
figures as follows:

WHEREAS , 1.11arry Edward Jannick and Genevieve Faith Jannick,
husband and wife, as grantors , did on September 19, 1964, exe-
cute an instrument entitled "Sanitary Sewer Easement" appearing
of record in Book 189, page 539, Cole County Recorder's Office,
to the City of Jefferson, Ii

any right or title to the aforesaid premises or any other party
thereof, but they and everyone of them shall, by these presents,
be excluded and forever barred.
IN WITPIESS WHEREOF) the said Party of the First Part has
caused these presents to be signed by its Mayor and attested by
its City Clerk and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed the
day and year first above written.

by me duly sworn did say that he is the Mayor of the City of Jef-
ferson, D-lissouri , that the seal affixed to this instrument is the
corporate seal of said municipal corporation, and that said instru-
ment was signed and sealed on behalf of said municipal corporation
by authority of its CityCouncil.
And the said John G. Christy acknowledges said instrument to
be the free act and deed of said municipal corporation.
