THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,

CONSTRUCTION OF A WORK TABLE IN THE CITY HALL BUILDING FOR THE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The Mayor and the Clerk of the City are hereby
authorized and directed, for and in the name of the City, to

construction of a work table in the City Hall Building for the

Section 2 . Said Contract shall read in words and figures

C O N T R A C T
THIS CONTRACT, made and entered into this day of February,
1965 by and between the City of Jefferson, Missouri, the Owner, and

hereinafter termed the Contractor:
WITNESSETH
In consideration of the sum of �o �uNA gwb Iwrrvrc /t/iNE NaAI s
0.229 . 00) to be paid to the Contractor by the Owner after the work
hereinabove described has been performed, the Contractor hereby
agrees to build and construct a work table at a location in the
City Hall Building to be selected by the Building Inspector
within S� days from the date of this instrument.
Contractor further agrees to build and construct the work
table according to the attached plan and specifications.
Upon completion of the work, and the approval thereof by
the Building Inspector, the Owner shall pay the Contractor the
sum of money hereinabove mentioned upon certification by the
Contractor, tinder oath, that all monies due to others for the
materials and labor used in constructing the work table have
been paid in full.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties to this agreement have
