A misfire! The quoted price seems exceedingly high. Please send me a copy of the 3 bids for my examination. Upon review, if I still feel that the pricing is out of line, I will photograph the map an get a few prices myself and present them to you. Incidentally, the photo is certainly a Public Record ("see 119.011"). If you feel otherwise, I am not looking for any special treatment for this verbal records request. I only ask that you act lawfully.
