ORDINANCE NO. 7 G v
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the leveling and paving of a City alley.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Permission is hereby granted the Livingston-Pleas Oil
Company, a corporation, (owner of the land adjacent to said alley on both sides
thereof) to pave and level the public alley lying between McCarty Street and the
Rex M. Whitton Expressway commencing at Broadway Street thence westerly
a distance as far as 146 feet. The said improvements to said alley shall all be
done under the direction and supervision of the City Engineer, and at the expense
of Livingston-Pleus Oil Company.
.. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage
and approval.
