The Town of Gulf Stream is currently working on a large number of incoming public records
requests. The Town will use its very best efforts to respond to you in a reasonable amount of time

Dear CG Acquisition Company, Inc. [Mailto: records @commerce- group.com],
This letter provides the estimated costs for the production of public records you have requested in
your email dated May 13, 2014.
To produce the documents that you have requested, the Town of Gulf Stream estimates the need
for 2 hours of administrative support at $39.23 per hour, the labor cost of the personnel providing
the service, per Fla. Stat. § I I9.07(4)(d). In addition, the actual cost of duplication is estimated to
be $36.30 for a total estimate of $114.76. See attached estimate worksheet for details.
Be advised that this is only an estimate and the actual cost of production may be higher or lower.
Please let us know in writing whether to proceed with the production of these documents and the
Town of Gulf Stream will act promptly to produce your requested documents.
