AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CLERK OF THE CITY, FOR AND IN THE
NAME OF THE CITY, TO EXECUTE A WARRANTY DEED IN FAVOR OF THE
STATE HIGHWAY COMMISSION OF MISSOURI , CONVEYING PROPERTY
SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED IN THE DEED IN CONSIDERATION OF THE
PAYMENT TO THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , OF FOUR HUNDRED
($400.00) DOLLARS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, are hereby authorized and directed, for and in the
name of the city, to execute a Warranty Deed in favor of the
State Highway Commission of Missouri , as grantee, to land
specifically described in the deed.
Section 2. The Warranty Deed shall read in words and
figures as follows:

Section 3. The deed shall be execitted in consideration of
the payment to the City of Jefferson, Missouri, for $400.00 and
ethe money received shall be placed to the credit of the Park
Board in the treasury of the city.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
