AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT A QUIT CLAIM DEED EXECUTED BY CALLIE S.
LESLIE, A SINGLE PERSON, CLARK E. LESLIE AND MATILDA B. LESLIE,
HIS WIFE, PAUL S. LESLIE AND EDITH LESLIE, HIS WIFE, ROBERT J.
MAJOR AND EDITH E. MAJOR, HIS WIFE, AND KEITH W. MAYOR AND
G LADYS M. MAJOR, HIS WIFE' DATED U'MARY 181 19 6 5, FOR
CERTAIN DESCRIBED STREET RIGHT OF WAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI.
® Section 1. The Mayor of the city is hereby authorized
and directed to accept a quit claim deed for certain street
right of way, dated January 18, 1965, and executed by
Callie S. Leslie, a single person; Clark E. Leslie and
Matilda B. Leslie, his wife; Paul S. Leslie and Edith Leslie,
his wife; Robert J. Major and Edith E. Major, his wife and
Keith W. Major and Gladys M. Major, his wife.
Section 2. Said Deed reads in words and figures as

Section 3. The City Clerk shall cause the aforedescribed
deed to be recorded in the Office of Recorder of Deeds, Cole
County, Missouri, at the cost of the city.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage and approval .
