ORDINANCE NO. 96
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, APPROVING
AND ACCEPTING THE PLAT OF CAMPUS VIEW SUBDIVISION ESTABLISHED
BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS OWNER THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . The Housing Authority of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, owner of the real estate hereinafter described and
situated in Jefferson City, Missouri, having submitted for
the approval of the Council a plat of said real estate,
shown on the attached plat, described as follows:
Part of Outlots 151 22, 231 24 and 25 of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, all of which being
more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the Southeastern corner of Outlot 22,
proceed South 54-05 ' East along the Southerly
line of Outlot 23, 379.0 feet; thence North 35-55'
East 5 .0 feet; thence North 54-05' West 329.0 feet;
thence North 35-45' East 150.0 feet to the point of
curvature of a circular curve (whose center lies
41.63 feet Easterly and normal to aforesaid line) ;
thence along the curve a distance of 55.94 feet to
the point of tangency; thence South 67-15' East
76 .2 feet to a point; thence along a circular curve
(whose radius is 50 .0 feet and whose center lies
North 82v45' East 50 .0 feet from aforesaid point)

All as shown on the attached plat and made a part of this
ordinance, all of which land described on said plat is within
the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and
it appearing that said plat has been duly and properly signed
and accepted by the owner of said subdivision, that all taxes
on the land described therein have been paid, and that, in all
respects, the requirements of Chapter 445 RSMo. 1959 entitled
"Plats" and the ordinances of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
have been fully complied with by the owner of said subdivision,
now, therefore:
The plat of the Housing Authority of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, known and reverred to as Campus View Subdivision,
lying and being within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the plat attached hereto and
made a part of this ordinance is hereby accepted and approved
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and
the Mayor of said City, and the City Clerk of said City,
after passage and approval of this ordinance, is hereby
directed to endorse acceptance and approval of said Plat
thereon, and to certify to the approval of same under the
seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri .
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its pamage and approval.
