ORDINANCE NO. 76 30-
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON CITY, MISSOURI, RELATING TO
THE CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OF A COMMUNITY ANTENNA TELEVISION
AND WIRED TELEVISION SYSTEM WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON
CITY, MISSOURI:
Section 1. No individual, partnership or corporation shall construct,
or engage in the operation of, a Community Antenna Television and Wired
Television System within the limits of the City of Jefferson, without first
obtaining permission from the City Council to do so at a regularly scheduled
meeting of the Council,
Section 2. Any person, partnership or corporation violating this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
thereof shall be fined not more than $100. 00 or be imprisoned for not more
than ninety (90) days, and each day that any violation continues shall con-
stitute a separate and distinct offense.
