AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AMEND -
ING,THE MUNICIPAL CODE BY PROVIDING FOR PRESENT-
ING, FILING AND BRINGING,SUIT UPON CLAIMS IN
COMPLIANCE WITH. CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE
SECTIONS 710,THROUGH 720
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: AMENDING MUNICIPAL CODE
Section 2432 and 2433 of. the Municipal Code are amended
by deleting_ Section. 2433 in its entirety and amending Section 2432
as follows:
"2432 - PRESENTING,: FILING AND SUIT. All claims and
demands not founded . upon contract and any claim or demand against
the City or against any City Officer in his offic-i :al capacity, pay-
able out of. any City fund or any fund .under the control of. the
City Treasurer, shall be filed and presented to the City Council
pursuant to Sections 710 - through and including 720 of the .California
Government Code."
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of June, 1960.
