RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE DISTRICT
ESTABLISHING FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT SIGNATORIES
OF THE DISTRICT FOR SANTA CLARA COUNTY ACCOUNTS
WHEREAS, the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District has
previously furnished the Director of Finance of Santa Clara County
with copies of its Ordinance No. 74-1 adopted August 14, 1974, and of
its Resolution No. 76-3 adopted January 22, 1975, providing author-
ization for signatories authorized to make disbursements on behalf
of the District, and
WHEREAS, the persons holding said offices have changed,
and the District wishes to provide current information with respect
thereto,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula
Regional Open Space District does resolve as follows:
Section 1. The signatures of the present holders of said
offices are as follows, and the Director of Finance of Santa Clara
County is authorized to make disbursements in an amount less than
$50,000.00 on behalf of the District based thereon:

District Clerk

Section 2. The signatures of the present holders of said
offices are as follows, and the Director of Finance of Santa Clara
County is authorized to make disbursements in an amount of $50,000..00
or greater on behalf of the District based thereon:

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula
Regional Open Space District on January 24 1979 at a
regular meeting thereof, by the following vote:

Richard Bishop, Katherine Duffy, Barbara Green, Nonette
Hanko, Edward Shelley, Harry Turner and Daniel Wendin

I, the District Clerk of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space
District, hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy
of a resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the
Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District by the above vote at a
meeting thereof duly held and called on the above date.
