AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, APPROVING AND
ACCEPTING THE PLAT OF RIVERVIEW ADDITION, SECTION 2, ESTABLISHED
BY ALVENA B. ENGELBRECHT, HAROLD L. THOMAS AND JUANITA W. THOMAS,
AS THE OWNERS THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Alvena B. Engelbrecht, Harold L. Thomas and
Juanita W. Thomas, owners of the real estate hereinafter
described, situated in Jefferson City, Missouri , having
submitted for the approval of the Council a plat of said real
estate, shown on the attached plat, described as follows:
Part of the southeast quarter of Section 35,
Township 45 North, Range 12 West, in Cole
County, Missouri, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the southwest coener of Riverview
Addition Subdivision (Sec. 1), as shown in Plat
Book 6, Page 97 in Cole County Recorder' s Office;
thence N 590 14' E, along the south line of said
Riverview Addition, (Sec. 1) 311.82 feet to the
point of beginning of this description: thence
S310451E, 304.79 feet to the southerly line- of
the Harold Thomas Property; thence N58°15'E,
along the southerly line of the Harold Thomas
Property, 516.00 feet to the west bank of the
Missouri River; thence up and along the west bank
of the Missouri River, 206.5 feet to the southeast
corner of Lot No. 8, Riverview Addition Subdivision
(Sec. 1) ; thence S 580151W, along the southerly line
of said Lot No. 8, and the extension thereof, 329 .0
feet to the westerly line of Crystal View Terrace;
thence N31°451W, along the westerly line of Crystal
View Terrace, 100.0 feet to the southeast corner of
® Lot No. 9 of Riverview Addition Subdivision (Sec. 1) ;
thence S591141W, along the southerly line of Lots 9
and 10 of Riverview Addition Subdivision (Sec. 1) ,
128.02 feet to the point of beginning. Except that
part owned by the Missouri Pacific Railroad Com' apny.

all as shown on the attached plat and made a part of this
orfinance, all of which land described on said plat is within
the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and
it appearing that said plat has been duly and properly, signed
and accepted by the owners of said subdivison, that all taxes
on the land described therein have been paid, and that in all
respects the requirements of Chapter 445 RSMO. 1959 entitled
"Plats" and the ordinance of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
have been fully complied with by the owners pf said Subdivision,
now therefore:
The plat of said Alvena B. Engelbrecht, Harold L. Thomas
• and Juanita W. Thomas, known hnd referred to as Riverview
Addition (Sec. 2) , lying and being within the corporate limits
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the plat
attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby
acceptdd and approved by the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri , and the Mayor of said city, and after the passage and
approval of this ordinance, the Clerk of the city is hereby
directed to endorse acceptance and approval of said Plat
thereon, and to certify to the approval of the same under
the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SSection 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval .
