AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REQUIRING PAYMENT
OF $1. 00 FOR COPIES OF ACCIDENT REPORTS OR CRIMINAL RECORDS OF THE
POLICE DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Every person, firm or corporation desiring to secure a copy
of an accident report or of any criminal record of the city police department
shall pay One ($1 .00) Dollar for each copy received.
Section 2. All monies received by the police department for copies
of accident reports or criminal records shall be placed in the general revenue
fund.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval.
