AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 109, WITHIN THE CITY
�1OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

fI SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
( Missouri, hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of its in-

habitants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be known
i! as Sewer District No. 109, with location and boundaries as follows:f

�i Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Lot 51
of Wulfert' s Addition of Outlot 101, as of record in
Plat Book 2, Page 6, Cole County Recorder ' s Office;
thence southwesterly along the westerly line of said '
subdivision to the southwesterly corner of Lot 25;
li thence southeasterly along the southerly line of Lots
j 25 and 73 to the southeasterly corner of said Lot 73;
thence northeasterly to the northeasterly corner of
Lot 99 on the northerly line of the aforementioned
Wulfert ' s Addition; thence northwesterly along the
northerly line of said subdivision to the point of
beginning.

li SECTION 2. All Ordinances, or parts of Ordinances, in

! conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.

�i SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect
