AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT NO. 109, WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI .

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the
health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City and for
sanitary and other purposes that there must be constructed, as
soon as possible, in Sewer District No. 109, as established by
Ordinance, a sanitary sewer and it is ordered that the same be
constructed without unnecessary delay and connected into the

Manhole #1117 of the Sanitary Trunk Sewer, Moreau River, Trunk
1 "A" , presently under construction, at Station 52 + 20.17.
SECTION 2. That said sewer shall
Begin at Station 52 + 20.17 (Manhole #1117) ;
thence turning on angle of 71 009 ' to the right, 146.5 feet.
Begin at Station 52 + 20.17 (Manhole #1117) ;
thence turning on angle of 108 051 ' to the left, 660 feet.

II SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects
as provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard
}glazed sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans
and specifications of the Director of Public Works. All crafts
and classes of labor used in the construction of this sewer shall j
,be paid the prevailing hourly rate as determined by the Department
of Labor and industrial Relations for the State of Missouri.

SECTION 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict 1
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
